Confirming. Needs native "msxml3" "urlmon" and "iertutil". So basically 2 issues, not only msxml3, but also urlmon. (And urlmon happens to use an unimplemented function in iertutil)
"Iertutil" is IE component too, right? When you install IE to get native urlmon you likely get compatible iertutil too.
