If I'm starting Guild Wars and closing it I'm noticing that the process doesn't
finish. In the terminal I'm seeing at the end that the line
"err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0x7e218e20 "window.c:
win_data_section" wait timed out in thread 002d, blocked by 0025, retrying (60
sec)" repeats over and over.

As you're the maintainer of the game on Appdb you'd have mentioned that the
problem appeared in Wine 1.7.50, so this is a regression just like bug #39148.

The regression was introduced by the same commit
18d9ca872a2c63ab1ba992d6d527758f29d141bd, which already reported in bug #39148

I have upgraded from an older version and the appearing of a potential bug
doesn't always point to a regression.
