This game has Directx9 and DirectX10/11 support.
The performance was better in wine-2.1 (Staging)

It is the DirectX 10/11 renderer, not dx9. See the video...

Can you test newer wine? If the issue still persists, you should attach a new log into this bug tracker so the logs wont get lost like this.
If the logs are too big, then cut and compress it.
