If I remember correctly this wasn't happening with Wine 10.13, basically now
when resizing the Wine Regedit Window when using the Wayland driver makes it
flicker a lot.

I don't know if other apps are affected by this issue, I've tried resizing
notepad and it doesn't flicker.

I recall that in the past I had seen such flicker with winewayland, and the
root cause was that regedit in particular was quite slow to redraw and due to
the way winewayland handles events, this slowness triggered some internal
timeouts and window content flushes in Wine core.

However, this time around I can reproduce the flickering with winex11 too
(XWayland under KDE), so something is different in core. Can you please check
if you also get the flickering when resizing regedit with winex11?

I can reproduce the flickering on Regedit with Winex11 too on KDE Wayland with
xWayland
