transparent ship icon with font showing behind it

EVE renders item/ship icons and stores these renderings on harddisk

(.wine/drive_c/windows/profiles/user/Local Settings/Application
Data/CCP/EVE/cache/Pictures/Gids/)

these images contain an alpha channel
when loading/displaying these icons the alpha channel is stripped/ignored on
windows
under wine the images are displayed with alpha channel

reproducable by clearing the files in the folder mentioned above and looking up
ships in the market (for example search and select a nyx then move the market
window around)

Confirmed for all the versions i've played with (i believe 0.9.[35-49]), very
old (but not annoying) bug

This may not be a WINE bug as ATI users see the same thing in Windows, but
interestingly enough with a specific ATI card.

FWIW I get this too with wine-0.9.49 with an nVidia card since I've been
playing.

if anyone has still issues with icon rendering please reopen this bug, premium
version and current git seem to work well for icon rendering
