Since I upgraded to Ubuntu 8.04, and wine was automatically upgraded to the Ubuntu patched version of wine 0.9.59, Regcleaner no longer loads. There is evidence of a short burst of disk activity but no error messages.

Yes, that is the program. I was previously using the version of wine packaged with Ubuntu 7.10 (0.9.49).
The program does not run. That is critical if you want to use the program!
