Please attach results of a regression test then, and complete terminal output
running current wine.

Seems to work okay here in wine-1.3.33-262-g8a1d690. How is it reproduced?

Install and run the software. From the tree on the left select directory with
images in it and press 'Input folder' button. It will load your pictures and
you can annotate them - on Gallery tab and on Picture tab. Then press
"Gallery".

After doing the regression test, the bad commit showed up to be
commit 12bb4a471fc0ec01108d19e649dd097382fc9913

Meanwhile Nikolay sent a patch, commited as
2508025bcd658688177471210af9ae8d4eac1a4b
msxml3: Fix get_namespaceURI() for document nodes.
which fixes the error, so this should be fixed in 1.3.34
