Don`t work Web-camera in VZO-chat

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-wine/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install wine1.3

#wine --version
wine-1.3.8

Install VZOchat in Wine:
#wine VZOchat_Setup.exe

Press ок, opening programm VZOchat.
Press close VZOchat - error on the window:
"Access violation at address YYYYYYYY in module "visicron.dll". Write of
address 00000000"

Don`t Close programm VZOchat. Kill Process VZOchat.

Add library qcap.dll (native, builtin).
VZOchat run, but don`t work Web-camera in VZO-chat

This ticket has not been updated for over 900 days.

Is this still an issue in wine version 1.6-rc4 or higher or is this to be
closed as abandoned ?
