Wiso 2021 can be installed but does not run either start. Under Win10 it is running propper.

Pure Wine 6.0 does not provide this Libaries.

To collect info, launch a terminal; cd in the repertory of the application (usually ~/.wine/drive_c\Programs Files<<applifolder>>) then wine myappli.exe&>log.txt

reminder for next time: always check for existing bug reports before potentially creating duplicates.
Just using "WISO" and/or "2021" alone in WineHQ Bugzilla search already returns results. Searching for "wiso2021" doesn't return anything but that's expected. Normally users would first go for the main product/vendor name "WISO" and then the version, separated by whitespace. It works the same way with Internet search engines:
wiso2021 = 7100 hits "wiso 2021" = 4500 hits "wiso steuer sparbuch 2021" = 30k hits wiso 2021 (no quotes = implicit AND for most search engine) = 3 million hits
This is duplicate of bug 50330 (" WISO Steuer Sparbuch 2021 needs msvcp140_1.dll._Aligned_get_default_resource") which is a dupe of bug 49954.
