Summary: Wine crashes while switching to full-screen on amd64 Debian Sid Product: Wine Version: 1.0-rc3 Platform: PC-x86-64 OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: major Priority: P2 Component: -unknown AssignedTo: wine-bugs@winehq.org ReportedBy: kawk@theprogrammingsite.com
I am using Debian Sid, updated as of today (4th of June 2008). When Wine attempts to switch to a fullscreen resolution (for any application, SDL open-source ones or StarCraft or Freelancer), the video driver crashes and I lose my entire system (I have to reboot).
I am using a Acer Aspire 5920G, with a Intel T5450 1.66GHz processor, 3GB of RAM, and a Intel X3100 (965GM) graphics card.
Wine leaves no logs, and apparently has no problems. The problem does not occur in 686 on the same system.
