Screenshot of bad vim window

Downloaded and installed Vim 7.1 from vim.org.  Left the defaults for
installation.  At the end, when asked if I wanted to view the readme.txt file,
I chose yes.  The attached screenshot shows what it looked like.

Screenshot after refresh

Scrolling with the vim keyboard commands caused it to paint.  It still looks
bad, but that might be due to bad fonts.

The problems in the screenshots are fixed with 'winetricks corefonts'.  I'll
close this as invalid then.  There's another problem with the menus, but that's
a separate bug.
