LoadLibrary winex11.drv

loads it

tries GetProcAddress(WINEX11DRVHANDLE,...) of various user32.dll exports on it,
usually returning NULL ptrs.

This indeed needs 18104 (workaround winetricks -q speechsdk). Maybe add depends
on?

But it still doesnt start. No idea of the reason.
