    Raphael Junqueira 
    - better robustness of pbuffer code (checks, SetLastError as specs, etc...).
    - better heuristic for WGL_render_texture and first try of
    WGL_render_texture "emulation" using Pbuffers (deactivated by
    default)
    - more traces
