    Robert Shearman 
    - Forward IDispatch functions to the MIDL-generated proxy.
    - Remove special cases caused by previous marshaling of IDispatch &
    IUnknown that is no longer done.
    - Add error messages if an IUnknown or IDispatch method is called when
    it no longer should be.
