    - Remove cooked hardware messages when they are dropped (reported by
    Gerard Patel).
    - Convert all posted 32-bit messages to Unicode before storing them in
    the queue.
    - Faster implementation of MSG_IsPointerMessage.
    - Moved a couple of functions from queue.c to message.c.
