testbot: Separate the Libvirt operations from the VM class.
Libvirt operations can be slow and should be avoided in the single-threaded Engine server. Separating them from the VM class makes the issues more apparent. The new architecture also resets the Libvirt connection whenever a Libvirt error occurs.
