    Dimitrie O. Paun 
    Define _T[USX]?CHAR/_TINT/TCHAR types, for compatibility.
    Do not depend on other files being included first.
    Have the same include graph as the MS headers.
    Protect against trying to use libc when not possible.
    Cleanups.
