    Shachar Shemesh 
    - Return old code for handling parameters to GetCharacterPlacement (+
    fix heap overrun in it). New code did not correctly match the Windows
    behaviour.
    - Amend the BiDi algorithm so that many strings will now produce quite
    readable output.
