    Ove Kaaven 
    Implemented DirectDraw's Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL) interface.
    Disabled DirectDraw's old XVidMode and DGA2 drivers, it now depends on the
    display driver (x11drv) HAL implementations of these features.
