Formats MUST be IDENTICAL unless VK_IMAGE_CREATE_MUTABLE_FORMAT BIT was set on image creation. [PATCH v3 0/3] Implement Unicode Normalization

This work is based on last year's GSoC project from Artur Świgoń. The following things were added to that work: - Implement a generalized Unicode lookup function. - Replace decomposition function with one that does decomposition recursively. - Integrate new tables and code with existing one. - Implement Canonical Ordering Algorithm necessary for normalization. - Implement Full Composition Exclusion exceptions. - Implement conformant NormalizeString API function. - Tests: add a representative sample of tests from official Unicode test archives. v3: - Don't modify decompose.c/compose.c; only the script that will generate them. v2: - Remove unused variables. - Add reference to extern functions in NormalizeString(). - Document NormalizeString() API function. - Code refactoring. [PATCH v2 0/4] vulkan-1 implementation

Hi all, This is revised version of my previous vulkan-1 implementation. It now relies on spec file forwards from vulkan-1 to winevulkan, which keeps the implementation even simpler. I was tempted to even leave out vkEnumerateInstanceExtensionProperties, but ultimately kept it for the layer_name check. It is a check, which winevulkan performs as well, but technically doesn't belong at the ICD layer as the loader should sanitize such values, which native does now, so maybe we could take it out of the ICD.
