Please try the attached patch. It tries to solve the root of the problem:
for now Wine Postscript Driver lives in wineps.dll, but should be in wineps.drv.

Changelog:
    Rename wineps.dll to wineps.drv. Replace all occurences of wineps by wineps.drv
    in the sources and documentation.
