It wants .NET Framework 3.5 service pack 1 to be precise, which
is a repackaged .NET 2.0 service pack 1. Current show stopper bug for
the latter is http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16956

.NET 3.0 should install on Wine these days.
