[PATCH] msi: Don't consider read-only drives when enumerating volumes.

Hi,

Please find attached a patch that avoids listing read-only volumes when
enumerating drives in MSI dialog (displaying free disk space for
volumes, and so on). This matches Windows behavior, even though I'm not
sure how to test it.
