Error while running wineprefixcreate

Dear Developer(s),

While I am trying to run wineprefixcreae command on
redhat 9.0 professional personal desktop installation
following error is generated.

# wineprefixcreate
/usr/bin/wineserver: relocation error:
/usr/bin/wineserver: symbol epoll_create, version
GLIBC_2.3.2 not defined in file libc.so.6 with link
time reference

What is the solution?
