The idea was that some Wine developers may be more interested in fixing 
bugs causing false positives in the new CI system (GitLab CI) than in 
the old one (TestBot). So identifying those in Bugzilla may help them 
find targets to work on. But of course that assumes that set of 
developers is non-empty.
