That ipv6 address is set on testbot, so it ought to work. Does ICMP6 ping work?
Nope: --- $ PING testbot.winehq.org(2001:888:2000:38:1000::2) 56 data bytes --- (no output)
As I said, do you get what you expect if you run ip6tables -L as root on testbot?
