Wine slow load somewhere after 1.9.16

Hi all, for unknown reasons at some point since the past month I get
this most of the times I try to start anything in wine:

"../../../wine/dlls/ntdll/loader.c: loader_section" wait timed out in
thread 001d, blocked by 001e, retrying (60 sec)

These are always the first 2 lines in the log and it takes some
seconds before it goes on. I'll try a regression test but would like
to know if I'm the only one affected.
