We could avoid having this problem every time there's a new stable release if users were allowed to submit test reports for any version. Bugzilla lists every version, I don't see why the AppDB doesn't.

It hasn't been committed, which means that currently users can submit test reports for 1.0.x and 1.2.x, but not 1.4. If that's really the intended behavior, I wish someone would explain why, because it doesn't make any sense to me.
