We probably can, but how would this help?
It wouldn't help as we will face the same issues. It's just that it seems more logical to create this where multiple resources have access in case there are issues.
We need a place where people can download the latest winetest executable and in the past it has been proven difficult to have it available all the time. Despite the excellent work that Paul Millar (and of course Hans and Stefan) is doing.
So having this at winehq has nothing to do with fixing this particular issue.
