Forgot to add that on Windows Server mscorsrv.dll is loaded instead of 
mscorwks.

No idea why m$ created two implementations for those functions and classes, 
one for workstation and one for server. Could be a $$$ issue?

/me wonders if there's a mscor3apps.dll for windows starter edition.
