Yes, all such library dependencies can be dropped, both from
build-depends and from runtime Depends/Recommends. That's true for
FAudio, libmpg123, libgsm, libpng, libjpeg, libtiff, zlib, liblcms2,
libjxr, libxml and libxslt.
