True, it's probably better if we have it in the tree, but last time
we've tried to place it there, Alexandre refused. Truth is that one
can view it as an independent project, but I doubt others will find
it useful.

It's too much hassle to handle it outside the tree, nobody bothers.
Maybe we should ask Alexandre again?
