Probably not. Reverse the entire thing so no DSOs have prelink data in them and try again.
(Other Win32 programs can be started, even ones that ared spawned from other Win32 programs.)
Yes, that is what I would expect. Only programs that do DOS stuff will be affected (see the warning when you start Wine about the first meg not being free).
