"Software Engineering with Wine" tutorial

I'm putting together a mini-lab course on
"Software Engineering with Wine".
So far, it only shows how to build wine and run the conformance test,
and troubleshoot common problems (in particular, the ones that
caused hundreds of test failures when I ran them a couple weeks ago).
