this is a rewrite of OaBuildVersion(). Now we just return the highest version value possible (0xffff) and have a config file option to tweak the version value to return if this is causing problems. Added docu for it, of course.
I suspect too much of extra RegCloseKey(hkey) statements in OLEAUT32_GetAppKey() implementation.
