I shall submit a patch to add $(LIBUNICODE) to the EXTRALIBS line.
I personally think we should change the strlenW to lstrlenW. lstrlenW is win32, and doesn't require $(LIBUNICODE). Plus, we use it pretty much everywhere in the tree.
