The timing is perhaps unfortunate, but since commit 20d5be042c577b8dfcca431fa4688cad192196df you can just use "device->implicit_swapchain->wined3d_swapchain" instead of calling wined3d_device_get_swapchain(). Something similar applies to patch 2/5.
