On that topic, my plan is to wait for Huw to complete the PE
conversion for our existing drivers. Then we can evaluate the current
drivers' unixlib APIs and factor out the common code to mmdevapi.
That would greatly simplify Wine's audio driver interface, which will
make it easier for us to support the five thousand audio APIs we
apparently need on Linux.
