It's not a matter of money, but a lack of implementation in Wine. Don't think money will make it fix faster, but it can be fixed quite quickly if someone skilled would look into it, mayba some dev will do it. :P
I would really like to see iTunes' installer working and being able to use iPod devices, especially because there are no programs on Linux that supports the new protocol of Apple!!!!
