I managed the redirection to my XPort device.

However, the problem with the slow turnaround remains. 
When I start the application, I always get the following message, regardless of redirection or not:
"fixme:comm:set_queue_size insize 32768 outsize 32768 unimplemented stub"
Is that perhaps related?
