Using ps_3_0, the native (10.0.10240.16384) gives me --- ps_3_0 def c0, 2.14748365e+009, 0, 0, 0 mov oC0, c0.x --- while native (9.29.952.3111) doesn't even parse -2147483648 correctly.
I suggest adding --- [require] shader model >= 4.0 ---
