[PATCH] Migration to long types for dlls/kernel32/tests

Given the number of changes in dlls/kernel32/tests, it has been
decided to migrate on a smaller granularity than the module.
Basically, it'll be per file, and if very few changes, aggregation
is possible. We're considering here in some cases, more than a
thousand changes per file.

dlls/ntdll/tests should follow the same strategy of migration.

So testing the waters with this first one.
