I've been experimenting with buildbot lately, and confirmed that it can be used to implement a wine patchwatcher. A proof-of-concept script is at http://code.google.com/p/winezeug/source/browse/trunk/buildbot/winebuildbot....
It's running on my laptop now; I'll try to put it on a more stable box when I get home from vacation.
