I suppose importing headers isn't quite as bad as importing entire projects, but it nevertheless strikes me as something that's best avoided. Distributions not having SPIRV-Headers packages seems like something that should be relatively easy to resolve, especially if we expect them to carry libvkd3d itself at some point.
