You can go to your preferences, by going here:
http://www.winehq.org/mailman/listinfo/wine-devel
Fill in your email address in the last box and click the edit options 
button.
Scroll down and there is an option for "Mail delivery". Turn it off, and 
you can remain subscribed but not be sent the postings.
