Signed-off-by: Brendan Shanks bshanks@codeweavers.com --- The Vulkan loader just added exports for vkGetPhysicalDeviceSurfaceCapabilities2KHR and vkGetPhysicalDeviceSurfaceFormats2KHR (see https://github.com/KhronosGroup/Vulkan-Loader/issues/342), and it will take time for this version to filter down to users. Until it does, emulate the functions using the original non-2 versions.
