Maybe I messed something up, but I noticed that the mail was from monday, while I am sure that I did not see it until Thurday. Maybe you forgot to subscribe to the mailing list, which forces the mails to go through moderation. A patch sent on Monday may be outdated on Thursday, although ddraw.dll is generally a static DLL. Can you check if you're subscribed to wine-patches properly?
