Vitaliy's edit patch again. Vitaliy: here is another case where windows
does not return the DLGC_WANTMESSAGE flag.

Changelog:
    controls/ : edit.c
    revert the WM_GETDLGCODE handling patch completely this time. It
    breaks too much.
