At least on Windows, folders have a file type, too - see HKCR\Folder. So
maybe use 'HCR_GetDefaultIconW(L"Folder", ...)' when the directory
attribute is set, and 'HCR_GetDefaultIconW(sTemp, ...)' otherwise?
