I'm not sure what happened with the testbot on this one (https://testbot.winehq.org/JobDetails.pl?Key=13219&log_101=1#k101).
This patch by itself works fine (https://testbot.winehq.org/JobDetails.pl?Key=13220), while manually testing the previous one in the series fails similarly (https://testbot.winehq.org/JobDetails.pl?Key=13221&log_101=1#k101, that's with just the ddraw4.c hunk). Notice that the compilation starts failing around line 1963 while the patch hunk is at line 4321 and the patch is applied with an offset. Then again, https://testbot.winehq.org/JobDetails.pl?Key=13218 (i.e. the job automatically generated for patch 3/5) seems to be working just fine right now...
